1 Billion in weed $ to Colo.

Colorado rakes in tax dollars

On June 12, 2019, the Colorado Department of Revenue reported having reached over 1.02 billion in marihuana sales tax, license and fee revenue. Among others, the revenue supports "the Colorado Department of Human Services uses marijuana revenue funds to support community behavioral health programs including mental health services for juveniles and adults, crisis services, criminal justice diversion, the Circle Program, substance use disorder, and detoxification services."

From the Denver Post

(1) Young people are not increasingly smoking weed per capita, as before the legalization of marijuana.

(2) There is more crime in Colorado–and specifically organized crime.

(3) There are more fatalities behind the wheel.

California has legalized Marijuana but the black market is booming.
