FACTS
The Northeastern Chinese city of Harbin has been locked down due to a new outbreak of the coronavirus. Local officials said that the outbreak was caused by a Chinese student who was studying abroad at New York University and returned to China on March 19th.
The student was placed in quarantine for 14 days after returning from New York city and tested negative for the virus and for antibodies for the virus. Other reports blame travelers from Russia for the new outbreak.
