On October 23d, Laura Cooper who is the Pentagon official overseeing Ukraine policy was set to testify regarding impeachment hearings. Her testimony has not been released. Lucid investigators could not find relevant information related to her statements.

By Golly, the hearings should be public. “The storming of the secret room by Republican members of Congress [which stalled the proceedings] was led by House Judiciary Committee member Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL).” Rep. Brooks literally said the phrase “by golly.” We here at Lucid are not sure what to do with that.
